What GD means is there isnt a market for .cc ..that doesnt mean you shouldnt develop them..because 3-4 of them are top generic keywords...

Develop them.develop traffic then you'll pull in the buyers..

Yes DomainHut, what I meant was, we are here to help. You expressed that you are new at this, so if you find a name, and are not sure if you should register it, you can PM a trusted member and ask, or you can ask about the extension in the Misc forum.

:)

Don't worry man.
I can give you my personal word and promise that EVERYONE here including me regged some real stinkers when we started out. It is a proven fact. As time goes on you get more and more sceptical to the names, and if you spend too much time here, it will stop you from regging any names at all (happened to me) =(

I'm afraid the others are reg fee or less as well. I would avoid mixing letters and numbers in a domain name. That is a major value killer. Look for names that have a commercial application as businesses are your likely buyers. Mess.biz has a short one-word dictionary name, but what value would it have to a business? Mess is not a product with any apparent commercial application.

All keyword names are worth at least reg fee - that is, if you develop them.
Because the keyword might help the SE placement, if rest of optimizing has carefully been done as well.

I feel that a .cc is worth registering provided the corresponding .com is worth over $100,000.00 and preferably over $1,000,000.00. Otherwise forget it.

Now the next DN Forum auction has flowers.cc with a starting bid of $500. So we will see what the market has to say.
