I am looking for a .com with the word mall or outlet in it. Must be short and only one more word with it like shoppingmall.com and NOT shoppingmallonline.com.

I have two that might work:
ShopByMall.com which is a cute play on the common phrase shop by mail.
ShopDiscountMall.com

I have other good names, but not for this budget. For Ex. StateOutlets.com is a $XXK price. YoungOutlet.com. MallsCA.com MallTheater.com, FoodMalls.com, etc.
