TalkManUnited.com is one of the biggest Manchester United football sites around. It is a soccer news website where it gets massive hits depending on the amount of articles are submitted. So basically more articles are submitted then the more traffic comes in.

The reason for the sale of the site is recently i have started work on another website which is taking my time and i am forced to sell this site as i wont have as much time to help.

There is very little work need to be done on the site possibly 15-30 minutes during the weekdays and weekend nothing really needs to be done.

We are using wordpress software which helps enables to submit the news on the website and is how the template is setup.

We are assosicated with a number of websites where the hits come from.

The website was a PR4 website but in the recent pagerank change it dropped down to PR2 which i dont understand. But i have worked on SEO since then so hopefully it will go back.

I am starting the bidding low as possible but there is so much money to be made from this site. If you got 2 or 3 people working alongside you in submitting the news then you can double or triple your earnings.

The only proof i have of revenue made at TalkManUnited.com is by selling links in August. Also take note this is when the site was PR4 so thats why i made as much, thats why i am not basing my site on the revenue made then.

Hi there,

The revenue source we currently dont have any installed on the website as i was looking to expand the site before i decided to advertise but now i have been caught up with another project.

The forum links is down as we decided it was hard working on the forum, so we decided to just concentrate on the news part of the site.

If the person who decides to buy the website, i can share a lot of ways to really make serious revenue from the site and can also share any other tips i have
