i'd like traffic stats sent to [email protected]

also revenue proof if possible.

how does the site generate the sales? are you doing any ppc marketing or is it all organic searches...

info sent.

New high offer of $1500 ! Please keep them coming. I may possibly close the deal this evening.

as a note of interest...I will gladly help in any way as far as transition to the new owner is concerned. I am not too knowledgable when it comes to transferring hosts and stuff, but I will help as much as I can. I will also help make sure the new owner is up and running and ready to sell magazines!

Looks like this is gonna go for $1500. Get your offers in now if interested.

well...so much for a 'quick sale'. Due to hosting issues, this site is still for sale. I would like to sell by this weekend. Thanks.

What hosting issues caused the sale from not going through?

The current host charges $30/month for hosting, which I agree seems like a bit much. The site uses coldfusion which a lot of webhosts don't support. Most of the interested people have their own reseller accounts and/or servers, but are not capable of handling coldfusion, thus the hosting issue, beacuse thet were planning on just hosting it themselves.

The main reason I pay the $30 is because the host is also the script/site designer, so I get excellent support from him. To me it is worth the fee, because on more than one occasion I have screwed something up and had to have him fix it for me..lol.

Ah. Good to know. I was going to bid but not now.
