I've been told that mayz.com is a real gem and that it might be worth mid to high 5 figures. I've also been told that I am lucky to have registered this domain and that I should not sell for anything less than low 5 figures.
However, I am a bit suspicious as to the accuracy of those appraisals. I also know that nobody can predict the future, so it is impossible to tell what a future buyer might be willing to pay.
I had mayz.com appraised by moniker.com back in November 2007 and they appraised it at $3,300.
After doing a bit of research I suspect that the moniker.com valuation as well as the other rather high appraisals are due to the fact that this domain is easily pronounceable, 4 letters and maybe also that it has 120,000 or so results in Google for the term.
Considering all this, in your opinions what would be a reasonable valuation for mayz.com ?
