wow, dropping on July 1st, the reason I posted it here is because the name has so many obvious TM problems. Mercedes probably has the C&D all ready to go and as soon as the name is grabbed they will send it out. Too bad, cause the name is so good and would sell like crazy on ebay. But I can't go after it - too many TM issues even for me :sad:

This gets back to my major complaint of owners of TM.

They should already own it. Why TM owners spend money on legal fees? It is cheaper to buy all the possibilities of TM infringement!
