This is a message I sent to Directi.com and the reply I received

“Hello Jeff,

Thanks for the feedback. Its really not been a good time for us. We have been
more pre occupied trying to resolve the issues rather than concentrate on good /
bad publicity.

We assure you we won't let our customers / resellers down.

I've only used them once or twice.. but they seemed ok then.

I still transfer ALL my names to eNom though so that i have them all in one place.. i've lost domains before from having too many accounts at different registars.. That wont be happening again :)

As a customer, I really feel bad for these guys. These guys have really worked hard for their customers the last few days.
They could potentially could have made a killing, should the auction process gone through. I would imagine $200 on average for some 5000+ odd premium .in domains.

Now they have to decide how to distribute the domain satisfactorily or face legal action.
I can see couple of options.
1) Distribute, based on the time stamp of pre-registration.
2) Give no more than 10 domains per person.
3) Release it back to the available pool.
