meta tag description..keyword ?'s

i have a few questions regarding using meta tag descriptions and keywords on parked.com.....

do u suggest using your own meta tags or should i leave them blank and have parked.com autofill them for me??........what advantages/diasadvantages are there if i fill them in or leave them blank??....does that increase or decrease trafffic to my sites??
