Hello,

The owner of these names has asked that I try and find a buyer.

We are looking for $7000 for each of these names.

Please send me a PM...

Thanks,
Daniel Sitar

price lowered to $6000 each...

considering other state .info names have sold for thousands, and Michigan is one of the large, more well known US states

Hey - I'm in Michigan! But not sure what I'd do with the domain....

Good luck!

pending sale, hopefully this will appear in DNJ soon....

GT .. with all due respect to you and dnjournal.com ... I would venture to guess 95% of sales do not appear in DNjournal.com.

IMHO,

Shaun

Why do you guess that?
What's that based on?
What price range are you including in that assumption, as well?

MediaHound .. my own sales and buys and those of many I know and interact with in this business.

Many people in this business do not want their dealings being the subject of message board chatter or public knowledge. IMHO

i am considering and negotiating at moment buying a few of these .info names by same owner, , but have a few concerns, not yet answered by seller.

does anyone know the status of domains obtained during the sunrise period by false trademarks ? ( seems the majority of good .info names )

I know some of have been contested, and/or deleted already.
and if the .info registry finally decides to take action, then even after purchasing from a previous owner, will i have no rights to those domains ?

(i know they receive complaints every day about the ill gotten domains, they might finally listen)

i dont want to waste my money , so if anyone knows about this , please explain here, or pm me

basically, as I already explained, there is really nothing to worry about, but I'll let someone else try to explain it....

it is obvious that Michigan.info and Tourism.info (the other name in the sale) do not even come close to names that could ever be called trademarked

domains obtanied with false trademarks before .info landrush

we have figured out that these names were not registered using a false trademark. Sale is no longer pending, but still probable

why would new buyer be responsible 4 it, even if sum crap (god forbid) arises out of it later? he is not the original registrant, and so he should be innocent and protected no matter which way. if anyone should be responsible is those .info guys (afilias) who allowed such registrations in first place.

furthermore, its been three years since.. isn't that a plenty of time?

the name could be deleted by the registry, however, the names listed above pose no risk to anyone

still looking for offers...these names are at an amazing price
