For example minecraftforum.net is an alexa rank 2200 site. Here's a site https://flippa.com/122629-minecrafts...nity-generated that focused on just ONE of the big keywords above and it sold for $76k on flippa a year ago (now the game is even more popular then back then).
I really wanted to develop this name out as it has a ton of potential. Even just slapping a simple forum on it and letting it naturally rise to the top for its exact match term "minecraft forum" would make it a big earner, but as you can see from the other keywords there is a lot more potential too. Unfortunately I need funds for a big project of mine right now and have to let some names go.
