I've had the domain minister.net for over 11 years. I was first using it for a business providing subscribers with free vanity email addresses (from 1999 through 2007), but that endeavor stopped last year, and it is now selling as in a featured auction at Sedo.com.
During the years the Minister.net domain was used, it was highly promoted in search engines and directories so there will be significant residual traffic from people seeking religious content and merchandise.
With the recent surge in evangelist ministries, this would be the ideal domain for an end-user who is building either an individual or corporate online religious presence.
The .net top domain could even be seen as a positive since it would offer the ideal compromise between the commercial .com and the charitable .org businesses.
I've received offers for minister.net as high as $10k, but the Sedo reserve is only $999.
