miracletile.com has expried if anyone is interested. a company i worked for wanted it for a long time. so go grab it. you might be able to make some money off it if they want to buy it from you.

all you have to do is put a little something on the site that would mean something to somebody, that just makes it legal. bestbuy.com was bought by someone and they tried to sell it to them for around 10,000. bestbuy sued them

There is such thing as a common law trademark that will hold up in court.

if there was such a trademark on miracle tile, wouldn't someone have enforced it when someone else owned it?

They're registered company name is Miracle tile & Marble, but they were dying to have miracletile.com. By law, they are entitled to miracletileandmarble.com, but not miracletile.com.
