i own a miss-spelled domain name i have parked that has links related to the correct spelled co. - am i infringing on any trade marks?

It depends if the term is a generic dictionary word or a made up brand name. It would be a lot harder to to defend Gooogle.com than Jobss.com

thanks - it is made up of 2 generic words the last letter is miss spelled. the paked links are related to the correct company
