Nice name. Those 3 letter WS names cost $1k to register. Bet you could get your target price with a Multiple Listing Service developed site. Call a realtor in town and work a partnership.

You are absolutely correct.
This is the most expensive domain I know of whereas the initial reg fee is a 1K whack.
I will develop it as I had initially planned. I just wanted to test the waters with this extension. I know if it were a .com that it would have been purchased quite fast.
My slate for sites to develop is actually like Mt Rushmore right now, so I'm afraid I won't have this one done so soon although I cant wait. I plan on doing something revolutionaly utilizing feeds from local mls providers as well as the Realtor's personal website listing databases. I want to tap into every realtor's website. Hopefully with my network of related sites, I will not have trouble getting the media release out and members to join. I will invest a big chunk in servers and scripting when the time is right.

As anyone who has bought or sold a residence in recent years knows, we need a centralized mls web site. Now, it is hard to find the "real deal" - the true mls listings, online.

Well, I can really ramble can't I? ... guess that it's just because I feel so strongly about the subject

May be you should partner with HomeGain on the MLS Partnership program.
(They pay 10 Cents per click)

(Just started it a week back)

Most of the paid listing (Read Adwords) in the google search for MLS uses HomeGain Partnership.
