Basically this business markets to real estate agents in Utah (can be extended to other states/countries in the future) to advertise their clients listings through an email drop. The agent pays you $49.95 and they get more interest in the listing and can show their client that they are actually doing something special for them.

I never marketed it because I couldn't figure out how to build a nice ad or find a good email company to work with. You simply start by sending an email to all the agents telling them about the service and then wait for the responses to come back.
