6- Search Engine Listing: Site is listed on Google, Yahoo, MSN

7- Traffic Stats: Non yet, site developed today

8- Hosting: 2 Years free hosting included for free with a renewal cost of $60 per year (optional)

9- Price: I don't have a certain number in mind but I expect a $xxx or $x,xxx offer. So all offers are welcomed.
