The account holder should contact me directly via email.
I have not received any emails from that account holder.
In addition, I would advise against posting any log-in names on a forum.
I'll need an exact description of the issue in an email - ie. is it parking revenue or sales revenue that is apparently unpaid, has the accountholder received a credit note, has the account holder entered his/her payment details.
As far as I can tell, there are no outstanding credit notes for that account.
I cannot respond to queries about individual accounts on a forum.
