Thank you guys who filled me in with all the information.
I managed to log in now.
Moniker' support is virtually non-existence !!
I have learned my lesson through this hard way.
I swear... I will transfer all my names out once everything is ironed out.

I saw this quite a while back (cant recall in which online community).
I regret I had treated it like a myth.
I just cant imagine if one day something disastrous happened and i cant get the support in time.
