moniker problem registering

hi, im trying to register a.de name but at the minute i keep getting this at the top of the page.

The .info registry is undergoing scheduled maintenance between noon and 4 PM EST.

have i to wait for this maintenance, ive looked at est time compared to gmt time, and im sure that time has passed?

This would only affect .info registrations and you said you want to register a .de right ?
