I'm having a problem getting an EPP code to transfer away a domain. A couple of my emails have gone unanswered, and the other half got responses which were no help at all. I'm going to end up losing a $$,$$$ sale because of them. I've been having this problem for over a WEEK now. This is unacceptable.

Does anyone have any other personal contact emails there I can try to email?

Hmm, I called this afternoon and they always answer when I call.

I would suggest calling next time.

They always answer the phone, and it isnt automated. Answer within 3 rings each time so far by a live person.
