As reported by other users, Moniker's management system is down.

If you click "my domains" you get this error:

Still no monitoring tools in place apparently, and no around the clock support staff.

Problems happen, but when they take a long time to be solved, especially on something of this importance...
I had to make this public thread because sometimes I'm told the problem is on my end (when I always double-check through my US servers).

I've had it with Moniker. First, I've requested an escrow payment last Friday and nothing so far. I've opened a support ticket about it a few days ago. No response. Today I can't renew domains with prepaid funds. I hope this won't turn into a RegisterFly - style fiasco.

I got logged out. After logging in stuff seems to be working again but the lack of communication is disturbing.

I logged in, logged out, used multiple browsers, nothing worked. This morning I contacted almost everyone!
I was told that things will get better, very soon changes will be made. Who told me this knows what he is talking about.
Having support through all day (a team at Europe and another at the US covers a lot) is the #1 priority for us, customers.
Not just Level 1 support, I mean engineers and technicians.

Everything is working now.

I don't know why I still contact the regular support. As usual I got a a cookie cutter reply trying to imply the problem was on my end. That is why I need to confirm publicly that the problem isn't affecting only me. It's upsetting... 13h of waiting and not getting a straight explanation from Level 1 support.
During the day I also contacted Marti, directly, and she confirmed there had been a problem. That is normal support, not what we get when we submit a ticket.

Sign out of your account have all your browser and windows closed. Please clear your cached and cookies. Then Sign back in with only one window open. Usually this works.
It could also be a Java issue.

If you still getting the same issue provide us the operating system you are using and the browsers you are using.

Also we are going to need a screenshot of the issue or error message, so our technical team can investigate.

You can't trust a registrar with crappy support. This has an effect on your domain security at some point.

They've lost plenty of domainers because of this and they just won't fix their support issues. This this time it's their tech. There's always something.
Moniker has to get their s*** together if they want to stay a registrar. Don't they ever get it?

We experienced a very short -lived problem with some functionality on the Moniker application last Thursday morning. The problem effected some of our customers. It was corrected early Thursday morning and there should be no other problems.

If you experience additional issues please contact me at [email protected] or call our support team.
Toll-free in the U.S. and Canada: 1-800-688-6311
Outside the U.S. and Canada: 1-954-607-1294

Best Regards,
Marti
