The moon is not made of cheese, as confirmed 45 years ago today.

Cincinnati Ohio at neighbor's house.

That is where I was. Huge family get together of several families.

Gerry, I was 2 years old so I don't remember anything.

There are some events, in everyone's life, that we will recall the exact instant of our live's whereabouts and what we were doing...even who we are with. I, too, was a youngster and we all gathered at a neighbor's house who had a colored TV only to see the first steps in black and white. It was, however, such a strong compelling moment coming down the that ladder, making that speech and stepping that first step...there was not a sound from anyone.
