Been researching this & looking at what's gone, when it went. What's left etc. There is still a long way to go & more than enough to go round. Can't help feeling this is a cracker though! What's your appraisals & valuation?
before anyone says though, i know .com is better & i know adulttv.com is much more interesting viewing!:croc: ....................but, the big players & mortgage providers will want a presence & good address. they always do!

i've had some glowing appraisals from friends who are domainers. the acid test is this place. if you are up on this type of domain, what is your take i've been told5 figures mid, now.
