I am selling my whole Portfolio. Offers being accepted around mid-$xxxx. Conservatively speaking, many of these domains alone are easily in the $x,xxx range. I have sold comparable names to many of these over the years for as much as $2500.

There is small traffic - about 4000 hits worth $25/month at Sedo. But none of these are developed and no real effort has gone into marketing them as of yet.

This is a great portfolio for anyone looking for a way into the business. There are 223 domains, almost all .coms, including many great movie industry keywords. I will put all domains in one $8.95 enom reseller account, which I can just hand over upon sale.

I just bought a new business, and am motivated to get out. Take advantage of me while I am weak!

FYI... just last week I sold a so-so 3-word domain from my list through Sedo for $375.

I'm considering making an offer but I have some question/suggestions...

The domains don't have very much time left on the reg's..?

Personally, I would be more interested if you synched them all to the same date 1-2 years from today.. the last thing I would want to do is buy a portfolio and have to worry about 10 drops a day from a decent size portfolio.

If that is your concern, then by all means take it into consideration when you make your offer.

I have been renewing all domains on an as-needed basis until the portfolio sells. It's really not bad - they are pretty evenly spread out throughout the year, and many expire in 2006
