We had a buyer ready to take it at $2k net last summer then he disappeared without completing the deal at Sedo.
We're now in need of new liquidity for new investments so we can propose a special compromise at just $1,500 (private Sedo transaction, fees on us) if someone should be interested in a quick deal.
