Not sure what the most recent post on this has been however I recieved an email today directing me to this link.

http://advertising.microsoft.com/publisher

The email shows that they're getting closer and all the power to them. Recently with the google burps and YPN blues this could be a blessing to all. I also note they're definately allowing Canadian (I'm Canadian) and also possibly international publishers.

Thank you for contacting Microsoft adCenter Support, my name is Dave.

In regards to your recent email about your publisher inquiry, I will be
more than happy to investigate this issue.

We’re excited that you are interested in learning more about upcoming
Microsoft product offerings. Our team is constantly evaluating the best
way to deliver valuable advertising solutions to users, advertisers and
publishers. We have announced plans to release a publisher program
however timing is still being determined. If you are interested in
keeping up-to-date on this initiative, please complete the Publisher
Interest Form <http://advertising.microsoft.com/publisher> .

wonder if they will have a parking program and allow the little guy in

I don't believe it will be a parking program but more a adbrite / adsense / ypn like system.. Hard to say though. Guess we will all see soon. I personally predict some pretty high payouts though in order for them to compete and effectively take current clients from other major competing networks. Usually when MS does something they do it in a big way agreed?

Well, as of now, AdCenter totally sucks. I have heard about soo many glitches and it being a pain-in-you-know-what that I am scared to even try it out.

Hmmm.. i hope they decide to actually have their own SEM platform out here as well.. All of the Australian clients we manage SEM for have to go through YSM at the moment and NineMSN ( their joint venture out here with CHannel 9 ) simply syndicate Yahoo's results.

Their platform sucking is prob why they syndicate YSM results out here though

Note in the application form theyre asking what we'd like to see included.. Thats a big step forward isn't it?
