For those of you that have hard time ranking with the SE's . I'm telling you find a nice niche like this and you'll bring in some nice commissions.
You are not going to get rich, but with this type keyword domain and good placement (easy because no competion) you should be easily able to net over 1K-1,500 a year with just a simple 3-4 page website and $2 monthly hosting. The big buying season for Mukluks are from Oct-Feb ..
The key to this again is you can rank very easy with the keyword doamin , and with very little work because their simply is not much competition.
This is a wholesale price and I wont be going lower on this set.
