I have for sale MuscleGuru.com - The muscle and fitness blog!
I just recently made this blog and spent alot of money on it. I didnt realize at the time I was using up alot of my money for my other project and that is why I am selling this site. I just bought the domain off ebay for almost 200.00 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=019&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=290087209918&rd=1&rd=1
Assume no traffic or no revenue. I could write articles for the site if the buyer wanted me to.
accepting all offers. I decide on a buy it now later. (let me think about it)
Also domain is registered with godaddy.

also I am using ypn on the site and it has paid some income. For some reason there is already quite a bit of traffic coming to it. IT has made $2.84 today. and it made a $1.62 yesterday. So even though the site is brand new it is making revenue.
Also 5 people have already subscribed to my rss feeds
