Hi all,

I am taking offers on a Music Community site. It is dedicated to the hottest UK band, and are about to take the US by storm. Thier official site is the most visited in the UK.

The site for sale is the 1st link in my sig. I didn't want to give the domain in the title for certain reasons.

The site has 132 pages listed in Google. The Adsense click-thru is very low, but is notching up to 3,716 ad impressions per day!

Powered by PHPFox (http://www.phpfox.com), the license is paid for ($300). Average 160 uniques a day this this month and rising. There are 128 members with more signing up daily. The site had been online just over a month. Please see the stats at;

Reason for selling so early - generally in need of funds and unfortunately I cannot afford the hosting as bandwidth is quite high.

Been online since the 6th of February and has made $7.27. The ad impressions have increased from around 370 per day to around 3,XXX/5,XXX ad impressions per day (5,658 impressions yesterday). The CTR is low and I have added more Adsense units this week.

By adding the Amazon PHP script to present a store and other affiliate programs you can take advantage of the traffic, which is rising daily.

Looking to sell asap.

Sorting out extra bandwidth as we speak. The traffic and bandwidth have been impressive lately and is growing quite quickly.

I will set the bin at $900 - which can be capitalised due to the extra members that have been signing up on a daily basis. This means more pages listed in Google, more links from MySpace etc.
