sorry, it wasn't very nice of me to hit and run.

what I don't like about it is the lack of any discernable use for it. it is not a natural type-in. it is not a creative combination. it is not a brandable unique name.

the only way it might have any value is if for some crazy reason there is existing traffic, in which case value is easy to determine and an appraisal here is unneeded.

I just can't imagine any way in which you could sell or otherwise capitalize on this domain in any way that would be profitable.
