I'm selling my website http://www.musicvideocodes365.com The site has been up and running since about July 12th and is currently making just over 2 dollars a day off adsense. It's starting to make more and more every day though.

We are currenlty ranked in the top 20 (#11 to be exact) on MSN for the keyword "Music Video Codes" They are the hottest latest trend in community website profiles.

You can view some logs at www.musicvideocodes365.com/logs.php. We have received already just about 70k pageviews in the first month of operation and just over 8k unique visitors.

I am selling the website because I need books and this months rent for school haha. I'm a broke college kid :cheeky:

The site has 13k+ pages indexed in the yahoo search engine. We are currenlty receiving a lot of traffic from them. The site is crawled a lot by google so I imagine it should be fully indexed within the month or on the next big update.

I am looking to get $1500 for this site. I also wouldn't mind seing offers for it. Name a price I may just accept it.

Is this site valid for Adsense? I was looking at a similar site before and after I reread the Adsense ToS I concluded I couldn't run it on the site.

https://www.google.com/adsense/policies:
"In order to avoid associations with copyright claims, website publishers may not display Google ads on web pages with MP3, Video, News Groups, and Image Results."

Also, the more I look at this site, it seems as though you are just front-ending everything from musicvideocodes.com

The site is ok with google. I don't have any of those on my site. I simply link to other sites that do host the video.

The site was built purely to gain revenue from adsense and other advertisers.

The site is ok with google

Is that your opinion, or did you check with Google about this site? I am interested, but only if Google accepted the site

Can you post proof google said its okay please. Indexed pages have nothing to do with adsense.

I'm not sure what kind of proof you want me to give you.. I'm already generating revenue off of the site. Adsense hasn't told me they have a problem with the site.

I hate to crap on your thread but since we last spoke I specifically asked Google if my site (exact same segment as yours) is ok for adsense and they took a look at it and told me it isn't.

So "Adsense hasn't told me they have a problem with it" means you haven't asked them and they haven't noticed yet.

I don't know about that.. I had another site like this for a while and they never cared.

but once they care, your account can be terminated almost instantly.

That is my only concern in buying the site.

I have not emailed adsense about it, but I'm almost positive I'm not breaking any rules because the video's are not hosted on the site. Nothing on the site is copywritten material.

Site is still up for grabs. All the offers I've had have not stuck to their word.

Well I am positive about it because I did email Adsense about a different music codes site, where the videos aren't hosted, and they told me no dice.

Since you can't use adsense on the site and I would need to find other sources of revenue I bid $500
