PM me the name if you want, I'll throw it exclusively on my enomdesktopapi the day it's dropping. Very slim chance but I have beaten snap and NW twice this week. And no I won't hold ya ransom. You can have it for reg fee if by some slim chance I got it.

Err to correct .. its goes into redemption in a month.

But it definately will .. so thanks, I will contact you then :)

I don't think anyone ever got a name through their service

Believe it or not, I got a handful of nice niche names through expirefish.com, one or two that even had snaps on them.

Of course I think the reason why was the particular registrar the names I got were at before they became available had really bizarre drop policies at the time. There'd be none of the normal indications that they were going to drop soon (like whois contact data being removed) and then, pow, they'd drop instantly.

Of course that was the only registrar that worked with, and I did hand register some that I happened to see were available before expirefish got them, and then expirefish suddenly started charging me a monthly fee without telling me (even though when I signed up there was no such thing), so I dropped them fast.

PM me the name and what you are willing to pay and I will see what I can do...

Daniel

What niche names were those, drop? I have tried expirefish and they seem to be totally unable to play the RRP game. Maybe they don't use RRP to grab names. Just speculating.

From what I've seen they don't use RRP. They are Enom resellers and they are using Enom to catch domains.

I honestly don't know which names I currently have came from ExpireFish because it was a while ago and I've since transferred most of my names into one account.

But, as I said, all the successful ones came from one registrar / name owner that dropped names in odd ways that other namecatching services weren't used to dealing with. So, yeah, they didn't play the catching game very well, they just lucked out on some names that nobody else would have any reason to believe would become available.

Since the registrar in question no longer handles the names that way (at least as far as I can tell) and expirefish has a monthly charge, there'd be no reason to use them anymore in my opinion.
