i have never been a big fan of anything other than .com, but when i saw this was available i figured what the hay - all other extensions taken and i could see it lending itself to a good television program.

backpacking.tv

does the extension fit the domain?
is it worth more than reg fee?
what do you feel in general it might be worth to an enduser?

i would think "hiking" would be the most used term to describe this activity.

but while hiking might be the ideal domain does that mean all others are of no value? i also think hiking and backpacking are 2 different activities.

thanks for the feedback, probably my first and last .tv as i find it difficult to justify.
