Hi,
i got a 4 letter name (second name) and it is being taken, is that legal, get my name domain, for example i could say yes get my domain charles.com because there are many charles but my second name? is that legal?

Think! - If my second name was Smith, or Jones (there are thousands in the UK alone) would I have an automatic right to exclude any other Smith or Jones from registering that name?

arnz may stand for something - his company, his dog etc.
arnz is available in many other extensions - get one and argue if necessary later.

well that domain redirects to some german site.

Yes i know i saw the domain registered from DE(utscland)=Germany but the domain register is not arnz which is a german second name, ok
thanks anyway

Are you some celebrity for which your last name would be so famous that it'd be a trademark around the world so nobody but you could have a legitimate right to the name? And is there no possible reason in the universe why anyone would want that name except to comvince people it was you and make money from all the visitors thinking the site was you?

From the looks of it, the answer is no, not even close. It's not only legal but even bringing up the idea that it wouldn't be is very strange.

ok,
thanks but im not famous yet but will be soon!

There's nothing in trademark law or the UDRP that gives proprietary status to alleged future fame!
