Am a reseller company and I have a lot of sites has been registered from tera-byte registration company and when I tried to renew these sites simply the company refuse:confused: that saying there was a problem with my credit card and when I checked that with my bank he told me there is no such a problem with my credit and there wasn’t and debit at all. I get back to the company and tried again and then they said the same problem, when my sites expired I tried to did it again and this time they said my sites not in database.

Please I need an advice to sort this problem out one of my sites has been taken from other company with a snap domain and am a afraid this what will happen with the rest and my customers get mad and they might look for someone else to serve them.

i sent them an e-mail but there wasn't any response till this time

Am waiting for an answer.:shy:

Wow, sounds like quite a predicament. You really are going to need to take this up with Tera-Byte and get some kind of answer from them about how to renew your domains. Perhaps they would accept a Western Union payment, or a different credit card.

I can't imagine they would hold your domain hostage and let it expire. It's bad because there's not much you can do outside of getting them to work with you. Because the domain is expired you won't be able to transfer it to another registrar.

Best transfer the domains to another registrar fast, preferably an enom reseller - this is Bashar's site: http://www.kuwaitnet.net/ also try www.tasjeel.com to.

The domains close to expirey will need support from tera-byte - but check if they accept other forms of payment.
