My snapnames account got suspended

My previous account got suspended due to payment failure .Now i am willing to pay . But they are not allowing me to activate or to start a new account ?

Any suggestion ?

it must of been a long time if they aren't willing to let you be a customer anymore.

even if they were to allow you to pay, you can't use the account anymore....do it once and you are cut for good.
