It is best to retrieve files from the server directly and back up the databases. I will help you on understanding how to do this, but I will not do this for you.

This is simply a fantastic and fairly unique website. I have never seen a website focused on rating some good ol' fashioned booties before. This is a real money-maker.
Porn, sex, etc etc are top paying keywords in many ad publishing companies. Just place those babies on your site and this site'll be a true money maker.
You can easily get the traffic back just by updating it and promoting the link.
