I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the State of Florida WILL come after you for this domain. I own the first four letters of your domain dot net and they came after for infringing on their TM My/Florida dot com. Its only a matter of time until they ask for you to relinquish this domain to them. As for appraisal - reg fee
