Well I have decided to place this up for sale. I bought it some months ago and it brought my server to it's knees. I have since had to move it to another server. The site has over 10,000 images and 1200 users.
The site shows PR4 for homepage. There is a simple admin which has shown to be very easy to manage the site. I am not sure of the script the site runs but I don't believe it is custom. There was no license in my sale and I think this might be a prozilla script or something simple like that. It does allow for paid subscribers too (paypal) but I have not bothered to do that.
The layout I think is unique..but I may be wrong in that and if someone knows where the template came from I would appreciate it. The site is listed in google.
Stats are reset weekly since they tend to grow very very large fast. So my stats history is weird but you should get the idea.

Income has been off and on. Some days I make $3-$4 while others I make $0.
This was my first attempt with an image host and I am not sure I like it. I think that CTR could be improved with better placement of ads and possibly just the text ads.
I am looking for offer mid-high $xxx. I will consider a BIN later after I see how interest is. The site has a lot of users signed up and a fair amount of images. With proper promotion and some ad changes (popups, placement, and other networks) I think the site could increase it's revenue fairly well.
