Hi guys I bought this turnkey site about 10 days ago. I have cleaned it up and sorted the advertising out. There are 10 turnkey scripts for sale on the site but I have at least another ten to add. The site virtually runs itself with a Paypal & Stormpay payment system. Has a admin panel to add new scripts , banners etc and set prices.

Visitors - In one week it is recieving around 150 uniques daily. Stats
Earnings - In the last 5 days it has sold 4 scripts total $140 - Sales

I have only just added adsense so no news yet on that. I have not added any banners yet.

This site could quite comfortably carry on up the earnings ladder using the advertising methods I have put in place.

Reason for sale - I was negotiating another sale which fell thru but after buying this the other one got offered to me again. The other one is design orientated which is more my forte than scripting. Quite simply I need the dosh.

Hi most of them are bought with reseller rights but they have all been de-bugged and are in a better condition.

Hello Rad I did post the stats as I said I have only had the site live since the 12th. Yesterdays there were 111 uniques. I will inform the buyer of all the ad streams when purchase is made. Also help with the transfer install.

Latest bid $820 - BIN $950

I will finish the sale 9pm eastern time tonight (Sat) as I need to finalise quickly for my other purchase.

Those are shots cropped off the report. I would like to see full stats if possible, the referrer stats will also tell me where the traffic comes from.

Hi Rad for obvious reasons I cannot do that as I may as well give my business away! But I can tell you that they are all very legitimate and not bought traffic (which is maybe what you are thinking?) They are all from reputable and paid sources. Like I said previously, advertising for this traffic is costing min $8 - max $16 week.
