Offers Myspace Site: MyPimpCodes.com 3K Uniques/Day

I'm selling mypimpcodes.com(The site and domain). It's currently getting around 3000 uniques a day and adsense revenue is ~$10 a day. It could be making much more with another ad program, I'm just too busy, and need capital for other projects. The site has great potential and could be doing even better with a litttle more SEO. It has amazing SE rankings: on the first or second page of google for pretty much all common myspace searches:
Myspace Editors: 1st page (OVT 265134)
Myspace Codes: 2nd page (OVT 354403)
Pimp Myspace: 1st page (OVT 216297)
Those are the three main search terms, it has many more #1-3 rankings for many other search terms (almost all the traffic is US, and the majority is from Search Engines). A great deal of work has been put into Coding & buying the codes, design, and SEO of this site. It's registered with godaddy; domain through 2/12/08.

Ok, here's the situation. The first offer was from LeeD, then I said the site will be sold sunday night (to him) if I didn't get any other offers, but right when I was about to close the offers and sell it to LeeD, tphelan made a higher offer. So he technically has the rights to it, but also LeeD sould have a chance to outbid him, if he wishes.
So-----here's what's gonna happen. LeeD has the option of outbidding tphelan by tonight at 6:00 PM Pacific time. Then, tphelan will have 1/2 hour (after 6:00 PM) to outbid Leed, and LeeD will have 1/2 hour to outbid tphelan and so on until one party fails to submit a bid in their 1/2 hour timframe (bids must be in at least $25 increments).

So currently, tphelan has the highest bid with $3,450 and only LeeD can outbid him, if he wishes (offers are closed to all other bidders at this point). Make sense? if not, PM me.

Sorry for the confusion, but this is the only fair way to do it now.
