Total of all 3 domain names together receive between 5000 to 7500 unique visitors per day.

I realized that too.....
That's why I said he was probably travelling or something and had NOT checked my email, where I accepted his 30k bid.
There were a lot of emails crisscrossing and he probably missed my last at his yahoo address....

Since this offer/auction was initiated by his email to me (and pm/email to some others), it never required a 'post sold on the forum', but thru any medium.
