I've only had it for 6 weeks...it has recieved 40 hits in the past 30 days with 20 clicks...ppc..natural type in traffic...just parked...

I am going to have to agree with the above ^. It is a nice name, but the terms myspace and C&D are syonymous.

Thanks for the input guys...guess I kinda knew that was coming...

CONFIRMED...no laughing matter...had an offer to buy. knew that the right thing to do was delete/cancel the domain...being a "fool" had to post for appraisal due to so many "typo's" of famous tm domains out there...
DONE DEAL..
