I like the name. The tlds for nykosher are all gone, I think a .info is still left, so that is good, there is a NewYorkKosher.com which looks like it has been there for a while, so you may even get some type in traffic looking for it. I looked for NYCKosher and none of the tlds have been reg'd. Alexa's wayback shows it was used briefly in 2002-3, Marketleap shows not saturation, But I think that it has great potential. wholesale undeveloped 100.00 fully developed 1200+ imo. Now if you could just add matzah ball soup to it and send NYC matzah ball soup to florida the value is unlimited

I don't really like reseller appraisals, no offense. The way I figure it people on this forum are looking for a close appraisal to what the retail price would be to an end user. When I ask for an appraisal, I am looking for the price I as a domain professional would be able to sell it to someone that needs it.

Therefore my estimation of the price for www.NYKosher.com which I think is a great targetted name in a profitable niche would be $780.I think u should develop it.
IMHO.
