here is a very nice buy for someone. This name I really wanted to develop but find another site is in need of cash.

here are the sales figures
9 sales at $30
3 at $29
1 at $15 ( kinda friend)
1 at $10 single template
one dcb at $19
one prozilla at $11
one boxed art at $12.50
Thats $424 in sales, but want to be clear. All sales of packages came from forums and the ads of late on forums haven't resulted in much. The prozilla and dcb sales came from a $5 kanoodle campaign. Boxed art was only sale from site. I don't have adsense set to channels so not sure if there is income from that.
The sites the package sells are nice and good money makers. I have download password protected so if someone sends p[ayment I make new user and pass and send it to them.
over the last 3 months the site has been getting about 13 uniques daily. I never really promoted it, but its ready for someone that is. The package it sells is nice and I sell the sites well at $25, so no reason it shouldn't sale.
The Price is $350. You can look through several forums so see several of the past sales but I wont give screen shots of sales as be total pain, Traffic stats will bear out traffic. Sure I'll get tons of questions but there are the stats, and will likely wait until someone wants the site and takes me at my word, instead of wanting all the proof. (this is my full time job and I can't risk food money by lying) Name is likely worth price.

here is another site I had planned on keeping but went a different way. I'm at 130 sites right now and the plan was for 100. The script of course is turnkey but name is strong. Think of all the webmaster ebooks there are. You wont forget the name. Tons of product and the software is completely hands off. Another nice buy for someone

nice 316 page adsense site, tons of content. Nice click pay. Also comes with a clickbank dynamic ad feed as well. very se friendly, tons of content, and 4 ads per page.
