Stay away from them. God help you should you need any support or want to transfer a domain away from them. Pure incompetence, or simple malice...I dont know which is more irritating.

If anyone wants to see the horrific email correspondence they have generated in response to the transfer of just one domain, please feel free to ask.

Just putting this out there so any DN Forum folks thinking of using them can be warned.

Have to agree. I once had most of my domains with them at $8.88 per name year (which is kind of the best in the industry 4 years ago). Starting from god-knows-when, they cut the telephone support, which though not particularly helpful, was rather courteous. I don't want to go through the details of my own terrible experience with them again, but I don't think I would recommend them to anyone.
