I never used NJ before. First I tried to get "verified" and they demand I upload documents. Their web site does not work right and they have no alternative. they claim the web site is fine when it does not work right and they don't believe me.

Now they claim my whois role account is not a "real person" and I need to update the whois. the whois contacts have been role accounts when you have a business since the inception of the whois system.

Are these people at NJ support complete morons or what?

they do have issues with the backend, as it's not optimized for various browsers or ie versions

and because of that, i saved some cash from not visiting as much.
