Wasn’t login into control panel for a month and found no active domain in my account yesterday. Waiting respond from support 24 ours now …

Usually expect a little more from company taking $25 for each domain for renew.
 
Domain Summit Asia 2026
3-5 days at best.
I would suggest sending an email every 24 hours.
