I already said before I had trouble with them.
Now, after them refusing to unlock my domain at the registry, they have let the domain go into REDEMPTION-PERIOD, and they are attempting to charge me $175 to get the domain back.
What a sodding con.

Suffice to say, I'm NOT paying $175.
Watch out for this kind of behaviour - it's wrong!

What should I do????

I transfer after 60 days, to avoid problems like this.

If the name isn't worth $175, don't pay it. If it is, pay it, and never use them again.

You should have renewed it while you were having trouble, to give you more time to move it away (if the name was worth it).

Maybe next time.

If it's just an average name not worth $175, catch it with namewinner for $8.75

They must pay registry about $100 anyway to recover the domain now.
I bet they WILL pass it on you, and add some money for profit.

I have one domain with namescout. Snapnames catched it for me.
Just checked control panel - I am able to manage locks...

It's $85 as a fee to Verislime Global Registry Services, but that's dropping to $40 soon.
