NameServers and Forwarding?

I want to have a system where I have my own nameserver's

NS1.NAMETOWER.COM and NS2.NAMETOWER.COM

and anything with those nameserver's load a page that I specify.

Any services that do this?

I don't want to have to add my domains in.

I had my server admin make this cool programme.

I just set the A record of a domain to some IP and it forwards the domain through my tracking system (with the domain ID).

I am sure you could hire someone to do the same.

I have all my domains with ns1.nameslave.com and ns2.nameslave.com, just like what you said. It's actually quite simple to accomplish than you would think. Feel free to contact me via PM, and I can render more details for your reference.
